The Kun Khmer Federation will organize the competition of the 2025 national championship which starting from February 2 to 6, 2026 at Ta Khmao Riverside Park. This is according to the announcement of the Kun Khmer Federation that has just announced recently to associations, ministries, clubs in the capital and provinces.
H.E. Khov Chhay, president of the Kun Khmer Federation, emphasized that the competition of the 2025 national championship is not different from the 2024 national championship. However, His Excellency hopes that, there will be a large participation from athletes, while the situation on the Cambodia - Thai border seems to have easing a bit.
In 2025, the federation has put 19 disciplines in the competition, including the men's categories: 35 kg, 37 kg, 39 kg, 42 kg, 45 kg, 48 kg, 51 kg, 54 kg, 57 kg, 60 kg, and 63.5 kg. The women's categories are: 35 kg, 37 kg, 39 kg, 42 kg, 45 kg, 48 kg, 51 kg and 54 kg.
Please remind that, competition of the 2024 National Championship was held in February 2025, that time the Kun Khmer Federation organized in Anlong Thnaot village, Longvek commune, Kampong Tralach district, Kampong Chhnang province, with a total of 139 participants from 15 associations of capital and provinces.
