These are Olympic values that must be instilled from childhood, in line with the guidance of H. E. His Excellency said that, the initial organization will start at the national level, but in the future, there will be regional, continental and global children's sports events. Therefore, this is Cambodia's preparation to provide opportunities for children to participate in the Olympic movement.

Vath Chamroeun continued that, the main objectives of organizing this Children's Olympic Games are: 1- Instilling the Olympic values and promoting about the Olympic values to children in participating in sports activities. 2- Encouraging children to recognize competition from a young age. 3- Provide opportunities for children of all ages, between 1 year and 7 years old, to participate in sports and provide opportunities for guardians to understand the benefits of sports because sports are a part of daily life in society and 4- Connecting charitable activities. The funds received from the organization of the Children's Olympic Games will be donated to children's hospitals and help children, especially providing sports equipment to children in schools in remote areas.
