Cambodia Karate Federation joined to respect the soul of the military hero and former athlete Bung Tong Thien

H.E. Vath Chamroeun, Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia and Secretary General of the Cambodia Karate Federation, representing H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, President of the Federation, has led officials and athletes to respect the soul and brought gifts as well as the Federation President’s budget of 10 million riel to give the family of death of the military hero Bung Tong Thien on Monday morning, December 22, in Battambang province.

The entire Karate family expressed their gratitude to H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Cambodia Karate Federation, who has always cared about and supported karate, especially to the hero of the army, Bung Tong Thien, a karate athlete who sacrificed his life to protect the integrity of the country.

H.E. Vath Chamroeun, as Secretary General of the Federation, said that the Cambodia Karate Federation and all athletes will design a statue of the military hero, Bung Tong Thien, to be kept in all clubs to be respected regularly in memory of his merits. H.E. Vath Chamroeun has also prayed to the soul of the military hero, Bung Tong Thien, to rest in peace and for his family to find only happiness.
