On Monday, December 1, H.E. Nhan Sokvisal, Head of the Cambodia Mission to participate the 2025 Southeast Asian Games, traveled to Bangkok city, Thailand to attend the meeting which related to the final report on the number of delegates, athletes and sports participating in the SEA Games from December 9 to 21.
Regarding accommodation and food, H.E. Nhan Sokvisal said that, the Cambodia team has the special condition than sports teams of other countries, with Cambodian delegates and athletes staying together without separating sports, and accommodation and competition are held in two places: Bangkok and Chonburi Province.
Out of these, His Excellency the Head of the Mission told that, there was also a discussion on maintaining the security and safety of Cambodian delegates and athletes during their participation in the SEA Games, with full protection from the host authorities, both at the hotel and during travel.
H.E. Nhan Sokvisal also said that, H.E. Vath Chamroeun, Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia, will hold a meeting of the Southeast Asian Sports Council on December 8.
Relating to the final number of Cambodia sports which will be participated in the 2025 SEA Games, there are athletics, swimming, equestrian, fencing, gymnastics, taekwondo WT, kickboxing, jet ski, jiu-jitsu, teqball, triathlon and e- sports, while the number of delegates and athletes is 137.
