According to the report of Mr. Kaing Sothea, Secretary General of the Cambodia Hockey Federation, before the course began, the Federation selected coaches from member clubs and associations who were active (popular) at the local level and had potential in both quantity and quality. In addition, the federation has also selected national hockey athletes to ensure that they have the appropriate qualifications to be future level coaches.

Risks before and after training and lessons on stretching muscles after training, etc.

Mr. Kaing Sothea claims that, this training course is very important in improving the human resource capacity in the field of hockey because coaches are the ones who sowed knowledge and technical knowledge to their players to make hockey more popular among young people and other ages in their own basics.
